My book says that learning means having good connections. My own net connections have been narrow. I post here and send out email; in return I get web news, RSS, email, and spam comments. It’s like leaving messages on one another’s answering machine but never connecting for a conversation. Or dropping letters in the mailbox, not knowing if they’re read. I want a place for online conversation, a community, interaction.

The Internet Time Community is open for members and guests. Drop by and do something. It’s a flexible environment.
After sampling several community environments, I’ve settled on Ning as the platform. It’s free, seems flexible and easy to use, and is probably going to be around for a while.
